How long will my Lovemarzipan purchase keep?

All items are freshly made when we receive your order and all orders have a “Best Before” date of three months from the date the item is made.


Are Lovemarzipan products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

All our products are suitable with the exceptions of our chocolate flavoured ranges.


How should I store my Lovemarzipan purchase?

We recommend that you keep your item in a cool, dry place – but NOT in the refrigerator.


How quickly will my purchase be sent?

We aim to make and send items within 3 days of receiving your order, which will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail.  Please note that we don’t post items on Saturdays.   At busy times, such as before Christmas, this period may extend to 5 days.  You will receive an email notification when we have sent your item.


What will I be charged for postage?

For purchases up to £35.00 in value, the postage charge is £3.80.  Over £35.00, the postage charge is £6.70.   Postage charges are calculated during the checkout process and you will be able to view the postage cost before you pay for your purchase.


Can I have my purchase delivered on a specific date?

Yes, this can be arranged if you contact us in advance of placing your order; for an additional cost your item can be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Guaranteed.  If you want to use our standard Royal Mail First Class delivery, we will try to send on the appropriate day to arrive when you wish, but the delivery date cannot be guaranteed of course, either by ourselves or Royal Mail.


Can I order from outside the UK, for a delivery within the UK?

Yes, you can.  Occasionally though, there may be a slight delay before we receive your payment due to PayPal technicalities, and very occasionally PayPal will refuse to process the order altogether, because the country where the card is registered is outside of the UK.  If you find that you are unable to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Can I order for delivery outside the UK?

At the present time, we ship directly only to UK addresses.


I don’t have a PayPal account so how can I pay for my order?

You can still pay by credit or debit card online, even if you don’t have a PayPal account – simply follow the instructions during the checkout process.  Alternatively, we can accept payment by BACS or cheque and you can choose to do this when you get to the payment options.


Do I need to “Sign in” to use the shop?

No, making an account with us and signing in is optional.  However, if you have an account, you can save delivery addresses and view your order history anytime, so it can save time if you plan to use our services regularly.


Do you include an invoice in my parcel?

We never include any payment or pricing details unless requested.
